Photo Upload Instructions:

 

To ensure the highest quality engraving, please follow these guidelines:

 

• Upload unedited, high-resolution photos

• Avoid filters, edits, or overlays

• Submit multiple photos if possible—we’ll select the one that engraves best

• Use natural light, and make sure your subject is in focus

• We will remove the background and isolate the animal (or person) for engraving

 

You’ll be prompted at checkout to upload your images.

You can upload multiple photos, and we encourage you to do so in case one isn’t ideal.

 

Proof & Communication

At checkout, you’ll also be asked to provide a text or email where we can send your proof for approval.

We strongly prefer text for a faster turnaround, but email is accepted as well.

Notes & Special Instructions

You’ll also find a “Notes” field at checkout where you can leave any additional direction or preferences (e.g., “Please use the second photo if possible,” or “Make the quote slightly smaller than the name.”)
